We’ve been talking about the heaven for the past several days. We get glimpses every now and again, but nothing that is concrete or set in stone, so to speak.
Until then, we wait. Patiently. And with longing. What’s on the “other side?”
Scientists now estimate that that are at least 100 billion stars in the Milky Way – our galaxy. They further estimate that there are at least 200 billion galaxies (and possibly up to 2 trillion galaxies).
And here we are on planet Earth.
As we look in to the outer reaches of the universe, it’s not at all difficult to imagine something more powerful and more majestic than even the vastness of the stars and galaxies beyond what we can see and estimate.
What’s heaven like? If the rest of the universe is any indication of how complex it could be, that’s even better.
And yet, the focus in heaven won’t be heaven; it’ll be Jesus.
It’s something to think about today.
