“Come,” they say, “let us destroy them as a nation, so that Israel’s name is remembered no more.” Psalm 83:4

It’s amazing, isn’t it? This verse could have been ripped from any international newspaper in the world. Several countries near Israel want to see her destroyed. Iran has even called her The Little Satan (and reserved the title The Great Satan for the United States) and wants to obliterate her. They make “no bones” about wanting to annihilate the tiny nation from the face of the planet (and the United States still wants to sign a treaty with Iran!).

I am still of the opinion based on a lot of biblical text that those who bless Israel will be blessed. Israel have very few allies in the world and almost none in the region.

Pray hard for leadership within the United States. If Israel were to be involved in a skirmish in the next few months, I honestly do not know which side the United States would be on (based on actions the U.S. has taken against Israel and for Iran recently). I would like to hope we would come to her aid, but I’m not sure.
