Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding,
in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:5-6

For the past week I’ve focused on these two verses with good reason. Combined they will encourage your hearts as you walk daily in His ways. They will allow you to realize that life is more than things and you and your kids and the money you make. It’s much more than the political events that are shaping the world we live in. I know for me, the more I wander this world, the less I understand.

Hide these words in your heart. Bury them deep. Repeat them often. Pray them back to God. Pray them over your loved ones. They will be a comfort to you in the days ahead.
