6 Pray for the peace of Jerusalem:
“May those who love you be secure.
7 May there be peace within your walls
and security within your citadels.”
8 For the sake of my family and friends,
I will say, “Peace be within you.”
9 For the sake of the house of the Lord our God,
I will seek your prosperity. Psalm 122:6-9

In this day and age, we can never pray too much for the nation of Israel. They seem to always have their backs against a wall. They are always on the defensive about something they have done or perceived to have done. Israel’s enemies are many, and its allies are very very few.

Pray these verses over Israel throughout the day.

Pray for their government.

Pray that God would confuse the minds of their enemies each day.

And pray that their friends will be strong in the face of condemnation for even being their friends.
