Blameless

7 Since an overseer manages God’s household, he must be blameless Titus 1:7

Managing God’s household is a tough task evidently. Inside or outside the church, anything that involves people is always tough. People like to talk and gossip and spread untruths. That’s why it was important – and still is – for the leaders in the church to be above reproach. When accusations fly, the parishioners should be able to confidently reply, “You’d better have strong proof of what you’re saying.” Being e above reproach also means the person is a target for the enemy himself. Feelings of doubt, fears, and inadequacies all rear their ugly heads.

Pray that your pastor will have people he is accountable to, someone who will ask him the tough questions, but also someone he can unload some of his burdens.
