Compliment Early and Often

Do not accuse a man for no reason— when he has done you no harm. Proverbs 3:30

When you read over some of these verses you often wonder the context they were written. Who thinks of harming his neighbor (3:29) or accusing a man for no reason? But these are everyday verses for everyday situations.

Our words, whether spoken or written, are powerful. We can praise and tear down. Choose your words carefully when you are angry, especially with the instant communications methods we have today such as email, Facebook, Twitter, and the like. The words may come out much stronger than you intended.

Similarly, compliment and praise someone often and liberally.
