Let me cut right to the chase: Do you feel empty inside? Do you feel satisfied with where you are going and what you are doing? Do you yearn for something more, something other than what you have?

Blaise Pascal once said that there was a God-shaped void in each of us. Is God in that void or are other things like the cares of this world and the thirst for more?

As men and women of God, we should be experiencing this filling of our souls. And I’ll be the first to admit that it’s quite easy to fill it with something other than God throughout the day. Realizing that the soul is not filled with God is an important step in filling it again.
