Good and upright is the Lord;
therefore he instructs sinners in his ways. Psalm 25:8

Even when we least deserve it, He instructs us. We can argue all day long about where the “sinners” is in reference to non-Believers or all sinners. Well, since we’re all still sinners, I suppose it applies to us mainly.

The question I have remains: Why? Why us? Why sinners? Why should He care? Why does He instruct us?

A partial answer is in the first part of this verse, “good and upright is the Lord.”

For now, it’s what we need to know about God.
