If you multiply the number of people in the world by the number of transactions these people make with other people every day, it’s a number that’s beyond our comprehension. God is in control of it all.

From the wars to the politics to the finances of a nation, God is in control of it all.

From the dirt poor to the “filthy” rich, God knows what’s going on. He laughs at those who shake their fists at Him and mock Him. Nothing surprises Him nor is He ever caught off guard.

I say all of that because, even though it would seem that God is “busy” with the affairs of the world, he still hears our prayers. God is never preoccupied with those other matters. He doesn’t shortchange you with time and attention. It’s as if you are the only person in the world at that point in time.
