Cast your burden on the Lord, and he will sustain you; he will never permit the righteous to be moved. Psalm 55:22

Similar to Peter’s exhortation to cast all your cares on him, David instructs us to do the same.

Your burdens are too heavy for you to bear. Your load gets heavier and heavier each day.

You take on responsibilities by yourself when you desperately need help.

It’s not wrong to ask God to help you remove the load. In fact, He wants us to give Him our burdens because He cares for us.

I probably can’t say this enough because we often forget that we don’t have to go this alone.

Keep casting your concerns upon the Lord.
Daily.
Hourly.
As many times as you need.
