Are you always thinking of ways to encourage and build up?
Do you ask yourself if there is one or two today who definitely need your encouragement?
Do you seek out ways to lift someone up?

We all need encouragement. If not today, tomorrow or the next day. You’re going to need it. The person you meet in the elevator will need it. The person cleaning the floors as you walk past him every day needs it.

We all do.

And we need to give it our liberally.
