Good news. Everybody likes good news.

And the distant land? Not so distant anymore, but still we like that occasional phone call or letter just to reassure folks that all is well.

As we approach 2012, consider one person you’ll call or write (not email) that you haven’t seen or heard from in ages, then do it. You’ll be glad you did it and so will the other person. There really is no downside to it.
