As you know Rev. Billy Graham passed away this week. Back in the 1980s someone described his crusades like this, “His sermons weren’t the greatest in the world, but when he gave the invitation, you saw the power of God in action as people flowed down the aisles.” Thousands of people prayed for him and the people attending his crusades. When you have that kind of “prayer cover,” great things are bound to happen. When the Holy Spirit is convicting people – as the text suggests – great things happen. Combine that with the Gospel message and great things will happen.

Yes, moste definitely, God used Billy Graham, but he uses us as well. There will only ever be one Billy Graham.

By the same token, there will only one of you too. He still is in the business of using us. In everyday situations with everyday people. One by one.
