Other Sides of a Story

The first to present his case seems right, till another comes forward and questions him. Proverbs 18:17

If you have children, then you know that there are two sides to every story, and quite probably more. That is true with most situations. As humans we tend to cling to one side or one view without investigating anything else. That in itself is not necessarily a bad thing especially as it relates to truth.

Have you been tested in your faith lately? Have you ever been challenged in your beliefs? You know what you believe but do others? We need these challenges every so often so we don’t become stale and ineffective. Sharing your faith tends to challenge us in this way because it sharpens our beliefs and enables us to see how “the world” is thinking.
