Ponder the Mysteries of the Trinity

18 No one has ever seen God, but the one and only Son, who is himself God and is in closest relationship with the Father, has made him known.

John 1:18

This is one of those verses that if you read it a hundred times in the same sitting, you’ll come to 100 different conclusions. Part of it has to do with our limited understanding of the Trinity and the ability to grasp three separate Persons being One.

Of course thousands of people saw Jesus when He walked the Earth. But Jesus the Son of God, enjoyed the privilege of being the only One to have seen God the Father, who actively promoted both the Son and the Spirit. Jesus also promoted the Spirit and the Father. The Holy Trinity works in complete and perfect harmony.

Ponder the mysteries of the Trinity for a few minutes. Think about the intricacies and the nuances and the reasons we’re not supposed to fully understand how He works and operates.

Then, give Him the Glory He is due!
