2 God looks down from heaven

God is an all-knowing, ever present God. Nothing escapes His watchful eye. David knows this but still tells us that the Lord searches the world for that individual who seeks Him. The picture we get is someone who is desperately hoping we’d seek Him. It’s no secret that He’s “pulling for us.”

In what ways are you seeking Him today?

We can seek Him obviously through His word and through prayer, but there are thousands of ways we can seek Him.

• He still speaks through people, situations, and creation.
• He speaks in the quiet times and the extremely confusing times.
• He speaks to us if we are willing to listen. The King James says “if we have ears to hear.”
