The Lord has established his throne in heaven, and his kingdom rules over all. Psalm 103:19

What a powerful statement of truth! I’m certain we don’t fully understand or grasp what that sentence really means. We get glimpses from time to time but nothing that shows we comprehend it.

• If we did, we would not fear or worry over the future.
• If we did, our daily lives would look very different.
• If we did, we would look at eternity in an entirely different light.

But until that time, we can ponder and consider the verse, and perhaps even memorize it. Then after it’s been internalized we can keep going back to it in our fears, our daily lives, and in our view of eternity.

It’s the transforming power of the Word of God.
