In the next few weeks we will tackle the books of 1 Peter and 2 Peter before going back to larger, more comprehensive books.

In the four gospels, Peter would perhaps be considered the closest of the disciples to Jesus.
Fiery, prone to failure, and fully of ambition, Peter spoke his mind and probably what many of the other disciples were thinking at any given time.

We have all cringed and shook our heads at some of the things Peter did and said, but we never doubted his love for Christ.

God changed the world through this man, a mere fisherman.

And He changes the world through us as well.
