As you get older you realize that it is in fact a very short life we live. The days go faster and the years blur together. The quality of life that a Christian leads, however, can be vastly different from those who do not know Christ.

Make the most of your days; make the most of your nights. Turn off the TV. Become a leader in the local Boy Scouts or Girl Scouts. Pray for the children in your church. Host foreign exchange students in your home. There are a 1000 things you can do that are more important than American Idol or Lost.

Without question God has placed us where we are to make a difference in the world and in the community we live in. With a deliberate effort, we can make that difference. Pray and ask God how He wants you to make a difference, then watch for clear opportunities to walk in obedience.
