15 He will call on me, and I will answer him;
I will be with him in trouble, I will deliver him and honor him. Psalm 91:15

This still goes back to verse 9: “If you say, ‘The Lord is my refuge,’ and you make the Most High your dwelling,”

The second half of this verse explains the Christian life in a nutshell. We all go through “stuff” no matter who we are. We of course all have different roads we travel down and different things to go through but none of us are exempt from problems.

This verse just states:

“If you have to go through troubles – and I know you will go through them – I will be there for you. In those times I am closer to you than you can imagine if only you would reach out to me.

Even if you’re not going through tough times, I am just as close. But you’ll still need to reach out to Me.”

Why does it take us so long to learn this truth?
